MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
To Render Facilities of immediate needed relief’s for the affected families due to damages on, Heavy continue rain flood and storm on the consequence of cyclone Nisha in Thiruthuraipoondi rural taluk areas of Thiruvarur District, And to provide Rehabilitation to restore their regular life.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE:
1. To render facilities of Relief to the immediate needs of the severally affected poor families of Thiruthuraipoondi such as food, food provision package, New dresses, school students Bags, books and notebooks , vessels, blankets, chapels, medicines mats, bed Sheet’s, milk powders Biscuits, etc for relating to normal life.
2. To provide temporary shelter and needy repair of part of damaged houses of those affected people.
3. Rehabilitation services of providing new mulching animal those not having any income ways and those who hade their cattle to restore their lively hood.
4. To construct permanent new houses for the households people affected by the flood – and lost their houses completed by in the area.



NEED OF THE PROJECT:
On the consequence of Nisha cyclone associated with heavy rain and flood – Breach of river affected several houses of people in Thiruthuraipoondi block area. More people lost their belongings houses and cattle’s in the flood. Many houses Damaged fully, many houses damaged partly. The poor people are at school and other places away from their houses the governments relief measures are not sufficient, thousands of people are starving . They need immediate help food and food accessories for their survival, majority of people and affected by Fever, cough, diarrhea and other ailments, students loss their school educational books notes etc., we participated in the rescue and relief measures we have find out their needs.
So we here by submitted this project on need based on the basis of immediate relief needs- Bed sheets, stoves, cooking vessels, Mats, Blankets or Tarpaulins, Dresses, medical assistance, medicines, school books & note books/stationeries for students.
Temporary shelters, livestock’s distribution, permanent houses construction, we request your helping hand and guidance in this needy occasion.
ACTIVITY:
1. To provide immediate relief services. medical check up and minor ailment treatment with supply of sufficient medicine to the flood hut poor 7000 people in 35 villages of our target area.
.2.To Distribute a package with food provision rice milk powder, tea powder biscuit, wheat powder, grocery items and domestic edible things oil etc., needed for those families by severe affected families in the area.
3.To Distribute a educational supplement package – consist to of books note books, pens, school bags, stationeries, chapels, umbrellas.. etc
4.To provide of dresses and blankets for every one family and supply of vessels, grocery shop items etc.
5.To arrange livestock’s to the affected poor family, Those who have lost their cattle and livestock’s .
6.To arrange and provide temporary shelter and permanent new houses construction for houseless.
7.To arrange repair of partly affected houses ..
8.PALAM will be organized Income generation to the needy affected people.
9.To provide cyclone comfort buildings to the rural remote villages.

Relief to the Affected people. and Rehabilitation to the severely affect people of flood Hit area as follows.
RELIEF SERVICES.
1. Affected people will be medically treated and sufficient tablets given.
2. Needy people will be provided essential food and food accessories ..
3. Affected students will be provided with education and Aid packages.
4. Dresses &blankets, vessels for affected families will be provided .
5. Temporary houses will be constructed.
REHABILITATION SERVICES:
1. PALAM will be provided livestock’s to the affected families
2. Permanent houses will be constructed.
3. PALAM will be organized Income generation to the needy affected people.
